The Way of the Spirit-Warrior
This is a time involved process – not a happening. It does not
happen overnight or instantly. It involves conscious will to finally address and
put to rest (healing) once troubling distorted and disturbed thinking, believing
and the negative behaviors and lifestyle resulting from this.
This way is about helping – assisting another human – through human interaction
– who may be living troubled or in pain or in fear of returning back to this
troublesome way. The troubled way may be due to childhood losses or violence or
neglect or poor parenting. The resulting life may be addictions, violence,
criminal behavior or other anti-social lifestyle or behaviors. While an outright
negative lifestyle is usually the result of these losses in childhood upbringing
– many other results happen. Some may be emotional imbalances, poor social
attitudes and behavioral problems… but no matter the source or cause… you
can be helped.
A PERSON CAN BE HELPED AS LONG AS THAT PERSON ASKS FOR HELP!
YOU ASK OUTRIGHT – SAY I WANT HELP.
In taking part in the Spirit-Warrior Way you will being to grow
or your knowledge, your energy, your courage and their inner balance to reach
the goals they wish or dream to do. The service work is designed to you to begin
reaching your goals of healthier living… and perhaps giving you the arriving
at a place in your heart and mind where you make beneficial, reasonable,
workable Choice and Change in your life. In the Spirit-Warrior Way this process
is called Life Transformation. You change old patterns of dealing with problems
and facing problems. You eliminate blaming others and take responsibility over
your life and become accountable for your behaviors and choices. You can and
will eliminate controlling others and / or manipulating others and / or
sabotaging negatively the outcomes of situations important to your becoming and
living self-sustaining and being financially productive.
There are many aspects or ways of life and living which can be
“thought of” or “felt as” or “remembered as” or
“outwardly or internally judged as” troublesome or troubling – you may
not heal all of them individually – yet at the least – you will eliminate some
very strong important ones… thereby making room and having energy to control
the negativity around other old feelings,old thinking patterns and thus old
“troubling” behaviors. You will eliminate shame around you and within
you.
The process here is geared towards making positive choice and
change for to you get strength and energy to keep going. You must also remember
too that you may not get rid of all “bad” ways or thoughts or feelings
– at the very least you will know where and how you got this way… and start to
feel and internalize the “reward” of making healthy and well choices
for your self. It is very important to keep in mind that growing in knowledge
and ability will help eliminate “defensiveness and manipulation and
dishonesty… you will come to a place within your self and become strong
enough – healthy enough to admit to the way and ways in which you were
conditioned to ACT.
HEALING CHANGE IS ABOUT MAKING CHANGE WHICH LASTS AND IS SHARED
WITH OTHERS. PEOPLE WHO WITH THEIR OWN PROPER HEALTHY SUPPORT CAN CHOOSE TO
SHARE WITH YOU AND NOT FEEL OR THINK THEY ARE FORCED TO BE WITH YOU. UNDERSTAND
THIS.
Healing change is NOT about doing “counseling or
therapy” to get back people or return relationships or situations which you
have lost from before. Healing is about becoming a better person to yourself and
to others around you. It is not about getting someone back! Keep in your mind –
you worked to change your ways and the other people or the other person have
not! keep in your mind and heart that each person or party must work to their
individual power – their way to become a relationship to you… again or
never… limited or full engaged. You do not make them change for you and you do
not change for them. Yet keep thinking and doing the responsible and accountable
way for your health and wellness first and foremost… then share the benefits
of this with those who depend on you.
For those of you who may not know what is exactly your
problem… please keep in mind that many – including myself – have been living
troubled and have found help – healthy help. You deserve to be help in a safe
and confidential manner – by someone who has walked the talk and can now talk
the walk.
